**THE BDC REPRESENTATIVE POSITION IS A WEEKLY $600 SALARY COMMISSION**

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound communication and effectively set up appointments with prospective customers
• Respond to internet leads provided through our account management system
• Effectively document interactions and customer information in our dealership database; conduct follow-ups as necessary
• Maintain a professional demeanor with our customers and strategize new ways to positively impact communication

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service, call center or sales environment is preferred.
• Must be able to reliably commute to our call center location
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must be enthusiastic and driven to succeed
